I haved lived here for 8 yrs. YES, there have been some problems in the past! The last manager ran this place into the ground. But that is another story! Since this last manger was fired, Deerfield has become an awesome place to live. The last time i called the office for a problem with my a/c, the new staff was there within 30 mins after i called. The new staff here is taken care of business. As for the cronic bitchers about this place...MOVE!!!! I love my townhome, and its been problem free!!I would tell my mom to live here! And she ------- bout eveything!!! Plus i hear the new manager gets it done if she has to do it herself!

for your information most people that live here have signed contracts and cant. i dont know which deerfield your living at but when MY ac broke it took them a whole day to get here when it was in the 90's outside and in my place.
