This is the worst possible living conditions short of the house actually being on fire. I have had many major maintenance issues and I have only been there for two months. To begin with my air conditioning would work for maybe five minutes and then stop(In 90 Degree weather). It took over seven weeks before they got it fixed to where it would get under 75. they pretty much have taken their time on everything. Within a few days of living there I smelled a mildew smell and investigated to find deep stagnant water under my apartment. I have been there for 2 months telling them weekly while they tell me each week it will be done that week, yet there is still stagnant water under my apartment. With nieces and a nephew that come and visit not including the two dogs that live with me are possibly breathing in hazardous bacteria/viruses. Two electrical outlets in the walls have black marks around the plugs like something has burnt in it. These problems could all be fixed if they would at least try. From day one I have informed the office about my problems many many times and nothing is happening. The girls in the office are nice, but very poor at getting results that actually matter. The only maintenance issues that I got fixed completely is bathroom light that would flicker. Now there are some Results!!!
