Do not even waste your time or your money renting one of these townhomes or apartments. 1st of all, the inside of the townhome was EXTREMELY run down. Old, nasty carpet that they said they would clean but it sure didn't seem to make a difference! The bathroom door did not shut all the way nor would the door lock. The handle on the stove was taped together with electrical tape! The place had a smell to it that I could never get out, no matter how much I aired the townhome out, burned candles, used air-fresheners, etc. There was dog poop EVERYWHERE outside. The garbage dumpster was ALWAYS over-flowing. My car was vandalized TWICE. Someone actually even stole my "welcome" mat for the front door! The neighbors were very loud, cranking music all the time, and on a few occasions I heard fighting in the parking lot. Someone busted the outside of my sliding glass door and management told me I was responsible for it. The siding came off the back of the townhome and it was nearly 2 mos. before maintenance replaced it. In fact, anytime I put in a maintenance request, it was ignored and NOTHING ever was fixed. Not to mention the club house where the sauna and weight room is. Disgusting! The bathrooms were filthy, not just dirty, filthy.
Save your time and money and DO NOT even consider this facility
