They had a move in special of first month free but said I didn't qualify. They showed me a very pretty townhome but gave me one that reaked of dog, had fleas and stains so bad I couldn't tell you what color the floor was. I finely got them to replace the carpet but it was too late. The fleas were all over and the Manager told me it was my imagination eating up my legs. I took care of the fleas. That wasn't the worst....
The heater came on with the AC, that was a bill. The maintence guy is great but they refuse to replace any appliances. I have a stove that doesn't work and the dishwasher is broken too. Thank good this place isn't gas powered I'd probly die of gas poisoning before they admitted there was a leak and fixed it.
I've looked all over the area and now I realize there are way more places that are bigger and cost less. Not to mention newer. You can risk moving in here but, I wouldn't recomend it. You couldn't pay me enough to stay here.
