When I first moved in here almost 2 years ago it was wonderful. Or so I thought. I was only 18 and had never looked at any apartments so I didn't know what to look for. The apartment we moved into was a 2 bed 2 bath on the first floor. It looked great when we looked at it but not when we were actually living there. My back porch was about 2 feet from the ground with no steps or anything. Everybody else had steps so I called to get some. I never got them.... I also called because 2 of my closet doors were off of the hinges. But once again, they never came to fix them. After about 2 weeks of living there I noticed that in the spare bedroom the wall and trim was all scratched and bitten from some animal. The office manager had told me that the apartment we lived in had been the model apartment so it had new carpet. Well obviously it wasn't or there wouldn't be anything wrong with it. We also had so many silverfish and millipedes in our apartment. I told them about it to see if they could spray but never heard back. So needless so say I was upset but didn't want to move yet. After my first year lease was up I decided to transfer to the second floor thinking maybe the bugs would not be as bad and I could pay less going from a 2 bed to a 1 bed. My new apartment was is half the size. It is a 1 ed 1 bath. I only pay $80 less a month in this apartment. It was definitely not worth the transfer. The closet in the bedroom is nice but the coat closet is barely big enough to put a vacuum in. The bathroom doesn't even have a closet and the laundry room is barely big enough to put a washer and dryer in. I have to push the door against the wall in order to open my dryer. And there are no shelves or anything in there either. I still have alot of silverfish in this apartments but have only seen a few millipedes. About 5 months ago I complained about my toilet leaking. The maintenance guy came to fix it and said he needed a new piece and that he would be back. Well he never came back. I have called plenty of times and I've spoke to him in person and I keep being told it will be fixed, but its still leaking. I pay for the water here and its aggravating when so much is being wasted. Also, I finally got him to come try to fix it again and the next day when I came home there was water out to my hallway.... I called the office and the lady told me to call the emergency maintenance number and that they would be here immediately. I called twice and didn't even get a call back until 20 hours later. The guy claimed that the pager was broken which is not believable to me. He came to fix it that day and it still leaks! I was told they would just put in a whole new toilet the next day and I still haven't gotten one. It has been a month! My energy bill is so high and I even have my fireplace sealed off with plastic. I payed 280 dollars a month for 3 months over the winter and I kept me heat on 68 degrees!!! The complex is starting to become infested with trashy loud people and illegal aliens. I can't sleep half of the time because the people below me are so loud. I have even had a meeting with the district manager of the complex and still nothing is being resolved. They have a sauna which was always being vandalized so now they have it locked and are getting rid of it. They also have a tanning bed with a broken shower in the room. There are always cigarette butts everywhere in there and its never been cleaned. My building has not been cleaned since i moved in here and since I complained about it and actually got the DM to look at it, he said it was disgusting and it would be taken care of. Well that was almost a month ago and nothing has been done except there is an air freshener in the hallway. And I think somebody who lives in the building put it there. Not management. This place is just terrible altogether. I was walking out to work one day and there was a big pile of dog poop inside the building!!! I cannot say how terrible it is to live here. I wish I could leave now but they will not let me break the lease for anything. And they say the pool is only for people who live here and friends of the families as lone as the resident is there with the friends. Well that is untrue because I complained about somebody being in there who I do not want to be around. I know that person does not live in this complex and when I complained they said ok we'll try to get them to leave. Well they didn't and that person has been back in the pool 3 more times since then. I will not go swimming when she is there and everytime I want to go is when she is there so it ruins my night. Just don't ever move here. It is not worth the money at all!

All that the management wants to do is rent these places out - keeping the place full is their main goal - forget about service on their part - it's all one sided. Pets crap all of the place and their ignorant owners don't clean up at all - of course, they take their pets away from their unit and let them crap everywhere else - it's totally disgusting! Don't rent in this dive!

Absolutely true, I use to work here, and the place is crap to the max. The residents are being completely overcharged for what they are getting. So sad
