My title says it all. do not move here. i took a sublet in this place and it is the worst place to live period. Everything is outdated and i mean EVERYTHING. The doors are old with old doorknobs that don't close properly. The dishwasher is so old half the time it doesn't clean anything. My stove is so old that only 2 burners work and thats if you keep turning them on and off a lot. There are holes in the walls everywhere that have not been covered up and my towel racks were so loose i took one out because it couldn't even hold a towel. The cabinets are the original ones they put here back in who knows when. They have a horrible smell inside of them that smells like mold and dirty laundry. Every time i use a glass i have to wash it before using it because it smells so bad inside the glass i can not drink. The area where the heater/air conditioner is is disgusting there is mold everywhere and on the outside the whole cracked patio is covered in stains and moss. The bushes are not trimmed and grow haywire. Everytime it rains my entire walkway floods and you have to use the neighbors walk way and jump across to our front door area to get into the place. We also have the neighbors from hell and the management has not done anything about our multiple complaints about them. There is a family on one side with two kids who should be in school but do not go and all day they run around and bang on the walls of our master bedroom and every single other wall we share with them. We have called the management office almost 10 times and they havn't done anything. They claim they have talked to them but nothing has changed. All day i listen to screaming children and banging noises, they also let their alarm clock go off all the time and don't turn it off sometimes also for hours and we have to listen to that i have even had to bang on the walls to make them stop. Our other neighbor is a guy who is there at random hours and at really late hours he turns his t.v up very loud and leaves it on sometimes for hours.We are completely surrounded by white trash and everyone has their car stereos on loud all the time. People will park their cars outside their houses and leave the loud stereo booming for hours. We also have a bunch of people with big dogs such as pit-bulls and they let them run around without leashes all the time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID AND DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
