It used to be great--until B&L came along

What Sundance Management fixed up and made great, B&L Company is ruining. I had to call health inspectors for the heating! The neighborhood is falling down, too. Sundance had a great screening process; B&L will let anyone in. After 4 years with Sundance that were great (thanks, Donna!)and one lousy and freezing cold, dirty, gravel-strewn winter with B&L, I'm moving out!
