Beautifully landscaped grounds and lobby but ever since E.A. Zicka passed away and Cornerstone Mgmt. took over, it has taken a nosedive. The units are a very good value and quite nice but all the nice tenants have left. Vandalism is rampant and laundry rooms filthy (they are cleaned regularly but quickly trashed). Weekday staff members are rude.

These apartments are going to be section 8 in about a year if they continue to let these trashy people move in with there out of control kids, who have no respect for other people's property. It a mess I wouldn't reccommend it to anyone who like nice things!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're correct--Dee, the weekend staff member, is very courteous and friendly. The maintenance workers are fine.
