Beautiful on the outside, problems on the inside.

Aesthetically the apartments and landscaping here are beautiful, although the interior is not quite the same. Our experience here may be untypical, but I think that it should at least be heard.
When we moved in, the apt was new, although the carpet nails were unnailed, the vanity was installed backwards, the refrigerator was broken and the dishwasher was leaking. Later on (within 4 months) The garage door broke! There was mold in our closet outside. The air conditioner broke. Our ceiling was leaking.
The MAIL SYSTEM is terrible here. They built it backwards. Also, they rarely tell you if you have packages waiting in the office.
The WORKOUT FACILITY is too small, not nearly what you'd expect to see at a complex like this. For the price we are paying I am not overly thrilled with this complex.
A staff member entered our apartment while I was in the shower without notice!
Once again, this experience may not be typical, however, for what we are paying, our personal experience has not been the greatest.
SOME THINGS THAT WE WOULD RECOMMEND:
Get a garage if you can, the garages are generally nice and you'll never have to worry about parking.
Choose a unit with ample closets, we did not and have had trouble with storage.
Choose a unit away from the street. The view can be terrible in many units.
Choose a unit that is away from construction. The construction is VERY noisy.
GOOD LUCK!
