Many problems not resolved. They are a good sell upfront however customer service is non existant once you are in.

While the facility does look great from the outside there have been many, many problems. Storage areas where mold is growing, re-repair of exterior brick and siding, no lights outside your front door which is a huge scurity issue especially if your door is to the woods, no follow up on complaints of broken appliances, and rudeness from the staff.

The pool is very small in comparison to the number of apartments and even though they are building another I feel that it too will be small.

The workout facility is small and unclean. Spiders and bugs on the floor and nothing to clean or wipe down the equipment with after use.

The location of the apartment complex itself is great as it sits on a prime corner with many shops within walking distance. However there are too many problems that continue which they haven't fixed. They got in too deep to fast and didn't think the project through which is unfortunate.

Unfortunatly for the price and current problems I would not recommend this complex.
