I normally would not have commented on the issues here at Glenbrigde, but after reading I now feel more compelled to put in my two-cents.
The landscaping is the worst Ive seen for an upscale high priced property here in Cincinnati, and the turnover in maintenance and groundsmen has been perpetual. Lighting is extremely poor, and I will have to agree that the carpet is very cheap with little to no padding underneath.

On rudeness, I will have to say the only one that I dont care for is the male leasing agent. He is arrogant, overbearing, and down right disturbingly sarcastic. I have over heard him talking about other residents, and negative comments about people working in the office. He is terrible for business, and someone needs to take note. He needs to GO!

The other managers in the office are quite friendly, always willing to listen. I would say that the one and only recommendation would be to hire a better landscaping company, and follow up with the issues on the property that have not been taken care of as of yet. Clean the work out facility, keep the dumpster area clean, and fix the lighting issues.
No current resident events scheduled, seems nothing is happening here... We need some!

holy cow, i was thinking of moving here...but i'm moving out of a hole like this in hyde park...brookstone anyone?! it's the exact SAME crap!!
