We have been living in this community for almost 8 months. When we moved in, everything was great, the place looked great at a first glance.
It was only when we looked closer we noticed the exceptionally poor craftsmenship. Walls not straight, paint on carpets, poorly finished worktops not to mention the noise when it rains or the a/c is on.
We have a single garage and fortunately only one car, because if we had two there would be no place to put them, parking is poor in our area of the community.
The service from the staff here is very unpredictable, sometimes our requests are done immediately, sometimes we have to make the requests multiple times. I only deal with the person who sold me the apartment because the others never follow through with my requests.
For the price this complex is very expensive, poorly managed with lots of issues, but hey I'll feel better when I drive past it after moving out in the next few weeks.
