Everything you read about Glenbridge Manors is true, and more. They decided that they would save some money when they purchased the Heating units. They decided that in the short run it was cheaper to buy units that do not have heat pumps on them, but in the long run the residents would be paying $200 a month for electric. I have been trying for almost a year to find out why my electric bill was so high for electric in the winter. The office kept telling me that there is nothing wrong with the heat. I decided to call the builder, Deerfield Construction, and they told me the truth. They also said that I could call the heating and air contractor, Del-Monde, and they confirmed the truth.

Also the dumpster is overflowing with garbage all of the time. They only put sprinkler systems in the entrance, the gated entrance has never worked in the year that I have been there. I also had a water leak in my entry area it took them weeks to fix the problem.

THE PROBLEM WITH GLENBRIDGE MANOR IS POOR MANAGEMENT!!

Looks like this place is worse than it was when I moved to Harpers Point 5 years ago. They are tearing down buildings because they are sliding down the hill. I see they also tore down half the Clubhouse and the Pool. That explains all the leaks I had in my apartment. They will probably tear down my old building next. I bet the gates still don't work half the time eaither and I am sure the Management is top notch!
