The only person in this community that is in control, is Renee the Manager. They have since hired an office manager named Renee as well, and she is down right incompetant. I am sick and tired of coming into the office and seeing her busting out of her shirt, and dressing like she is one of the "supremes" from the 80's. Poorly communicates, and clearly has no clue what is going on. She needs a fashion update, and quickly! The other two girls in the office are wonderful, friendly and do care about your needs. Nicole is useless and Lazy, and am not quite sure why they havent fired her yet. I'll have that for my christmas present please.
Maintenance is awesome, and I love my 2BR apt. If you cant afford to live here, then dont rent here.. You pay for a quality apartment

Hate to break it to you, but the Renee girl left in 04 and is now BACK! Everyone that worked there before is back, they quit then returned. No consistency in the mgmt here at all.
