It's very easy to sit behind a keyboard and lash out insults on a company, management team, etc., but it takes a bigger person to communicate the opportunities that you may feel are lacking directly to the people who can make the difference, the management. I've lived here going on 2 years, and I am quite happy with my entire experience. I have a 3BR luxury apartment that quite frankly is one of the nicest that I have ever seen. And I have had NO issues with my apartment at all. I will tip my hat to Rene the resident manager who has shown the utmost professionalism, and dedication to making sure that the residents are taken care of in the manner that she is held accountable for. If you have personality issues with someone, then get over it! They are not here to beckon to your every need, but to make sure that you live in a safe and secure environment that you pay a monthly fee to get. And Im sure Youre getting it!
The maintenance team is one of the best I agree, and the girls in the office are doing their jobs, and have always fulfilled any and all requests. The personal attacks may seem humorous, but are really not neccessary to get your point across. If you have an issue, see the manager, I assure you she takes things seriously in getting issues fixed. I drive home sometimes at 7pm at night and Rene is "still working" in the office sometimes after everyone else has left. Excellent apartments, great maintenance team, great value. My only recommendation would be to improve the landscaping to show this property off more. Thats my honest 2 cents worth, and Im not afraid to say who I am. - Michelle
