If you are looking for a quality, beautiful, no hassle place to live, this is it! I can't say enough about the staff and maintenance they go above and beyond. Any repairs needed (which are few and far between, as everything is brand new) are done immediately. The storage here is out of this world! Closets everywhere...and you could rent the master closet out as an apartment, it's so huge! Having a master suite is wonderful, and the bathrooms are big and well made. Quality materials used throughout...ceiling fixtures, ceramic tile in kitchen, baths and laundry area, nice kitchen cabinets, VERY handy kitchen island, HUGE kitchen closet. Gorgeous patios TWO of them! One off the kitchen (nice touch) which also has a huge closet that locks, and one out the front door which is massive and has a great view. The windows throughout are huge and beautiful, and since they are brand new, the insulation is wonderful. The bay window in the kitchen is a really nice touch as well. Community has two swimming pools and a play area. They are sparkling clean and easy to walk to. I always feel safe, and have no qualms about my 6 & 8 year olds playing outside. Additionally, each unit is equipped with security equipment, if you choose to get the service. The architecture is stunning, and just a gorgeous inside. No boxy, plain rooms here! All the rooms are huge, and have plenty of character. Everything is new, and fresh and clean. And having an attached garage wonderful! Hugest garage I've ever seen, and very clean. They even freshly paint it for you before move-in. The garage is about 20 feet high!
I highly recommend Glenbridge, both for quality of building and materials, and for the staff. You just can't do any better!
