some thoughts after moving out...

I had initially posted a very positive review (April maybe') for Glenbridge, but have to add some things that happened after that posting.
First of all, the last review was definitely written by one of leasing agents. God, it even sounds like they're trying to sell it...couldn've done better at making it sound good w/out like a salesperson.
We were screwed with additional fees our last months there. While we knew we had to pay an additional month to month fee to extend our lease, and our lease said it would be $75, we were charged $150 for each month. Three months and $225 is a lot. What pisses me off even more is listening to a leasing agent tell an older woman who was doing the same thing that she only had to pay the $75. When I asked about that, I got some crap about new policies. What a crock..
Also, while the clientel when we moved in was, well, like us, it went downhill by the time we left. The appeared to rent to anyone and everyone - hence the increase noise not only in the apartment, but all the loosers who play their car radio too loud when flying through the drives. (Watch out for your pets, they could get hit.)
I have to comment on the last person (aka, leasing agent) who commented on the "large closets." That's crap. While there are closets, they aren't that big. The bedroom closets could have some new organization additions instead of one single bar. I've seen older apartments with better closet systems (double bars, shelving).
It's not the worst place in the world, but the leasing agent turnover is high so communication between employees is really lacking.
