I lived there and I loved it...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I rented there back in '04, it was a brand new loft the last in phase 2. Well any way it was very quiet, the rent was very reasonable it was 750 to be exact and comiing from DC it was a steal! I never had any problems with mgt, when I called maitenance for minor problems they were right out the very next day if not the same day...I was there for only a resident for 8 months broke the lease with no problems...I just had to pay 1 months rent... I even left some furniture in my garage and they still gave me my security deposit back...I don't know maybe it did go down since then but it sure was nice when i was there!
