Room for Improvement, but not bad.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I've been here since Aug 2006 and the experience has been generally good. Here is a breakdown of the good and bad features of these apartments:
Good Features
-Noise (unless you live above someone else's garage)
-Appliance Quality
-Office Staff Professionalism
-Maintenance Staff Responsiveness
-General Aesthetics
-Pet Friendly
Bad Features
-Parking (this has an easy cure, but management has never addressed the problem)
-Trash System (this is the most absurd / disgusting part of the apartments)
-Price (for the price of most apartments you can afford a mortgage for a big house)
-Kemper / Montgomery Construction (impossible to get out in the morning)
-Short Term Lease Negotiations (inconsistent lease pricing methods)
Final Comments:
Considering that apartment living is not very good in general, this is not a bad place to live. If management could develop a better system for parking and trash I would rate the apartments an A. AIMCO is the owning company, and they are primarily responsible for lack of problem solutions.
