This place looks beautifull on the outside, but is very cheaply built. There is a reason buildings had to be torn down. It is poorly insulated and I have never had a power bill under $200 a month in the summer $300 in the winter (I have a two bedroom and 2 adults live here). Things break constantly and no one cares. The office staff will be just friendly enough to you to get you out the door, but never bother to fix your issues. The office staff, especially the office manager, has tried to mislead me on several occasions to get me out of her office. If you call they dont return your call until they are closing the next day. I have made appointments to have things fixed, such as having no hot water, and no one bothers to show up. They keep promising that the clubhouse will be finished and there will be a hot tub, workout room etc, but it's been a year and it hasnt happened yet. The security gates never work, outside lights burn out and the bulbs arent changed. This place is about getting you in the door and taking your money and thats it! Please read all the reviews of this place before you get stuck here! It is very overpriced to hear neighbors constantly and having things break all the time. Every time I open the door to my washer and dryer it comes off track. I cant fill my garden tub and take a bath because there isnt enough hot water to get through one. Eventually I just stopped calling because it became too much of a hassel. The construction rattles things on my mantle so that I have to take them down to keep them from breaking. In the winter they only put down salt on part of the sidewalk and dont do by the doorways-I had company fall trying to come in my front door. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go anywhere else.
