I have been living at Glenbridge for about 3 months and I adore it. I come home every day to grin up at my private stairs and my fresh paint. The appliances are all up to date and I even got a washer and dryer included by the luck of my timing.
It isn't a perfect complex and all tenants aren't perfect. I'm lucky to be upstairs so I've never encountered a noise issue, but people do tend to drive through the complex too quickly and it's the streets wind quite a bit so it can be nerve-wracking. Also there is one wing of the complex that appears to house an entire commune of smokers. They litter the greenspace with cigarette butts and I wish the staff would do something about it, but then again I haven't complained so I'm pulling the outraged silent observer card, which I believe is the case for many others who have reviewed this place.
I have no problem with the trash pickup. I love the fact that I can roll out in my pajamas on Sunday night and drop a bag of trash on the corner. I wish they had recycling but I work in Blue Ash so I just take mine there. Maintenance has been really good to me also, giving me their cell numbers when they leave messages and even rewiring a ceiling fan to a switch.
Overall, I think Glenbridge is heaven. I love how safe it feels and that will be even moreso once they get the gates working.
