Harper's Point

Harperspoint staff incompetent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I dont think I have met anyone more stupid than the staff at Harperspoint. When you go to look for an apartment they are great. The minute you sign you are treated like ----. And by the way, apparently their rent checks go on conveyor belts to the banks directly(seriously) when you mail them to the main office. This the explanation I got. Be prepared to pay a huge electricity bill. Heat, water and trash removal not included. My utilities for one person is $200. The good thing about living here is its location and the people living here.
