a big scam!!! if you like loud noise, trash, drug bust, little so-called gangbangers, & shady managers, then this is a place you would call home!!!!

i moved there march 2007. they said I met the income within at least 2000 dollars mind you im paying market rate rent which is $665.00 and everyone else was section 8. They let me live there for three months and then sent me a letter saying i made too much to live there (if that was tha case why was i able to move in the first place). but this is the killer part, if i made too much why did the manager tell me i could fill out a application for a lower level apartment. turns out Hilltop Apartments 5601 Viewpointe Drive cincinnati , OH 45213 513-351-2255 and all of there other properties where doing these so called scams to everybody!!! i moved, returned my key and left the place in great condition and then they gave me a eviction saying my apartment was a mess and to pay them $6,000.00 for breaking my lease which they did! All this came to a great end, when they found out i was suing them they called me with a settlement check for the fact they knew they was dead wrong!!! other than that if you like loud noise, trash, drug bust, little so-called gangbangers, & shady managers, then this is a place you would call home!!!!
