I am a current resident of Hyde Park Commons and will be moving out very shortly. The apartment complex just recently got bought by Towne Properties. This company is awful. The service is terrible and they will charge you for anything and everything. There are many hidden costs within the lease and the apartments wear down since they are so old and you (the resident) get charged for it. TRUST ME ...THIS IS AN AWFUL APT COMPLEX AND I AM HAPPY TO MOVE OUT. THE PRICE SEEMS GOOD BUT THE HIDDEN CHARGES ACTUALLY MAKES IT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MOST COMPLEXES!!
