Hi, My name is Niki Ledford. I am the Property Manager for Hyde Park Commons. I wanted to make a few comments regarding some of the postings I have seen on this site.
I have noticed that a couple of the postings are not for my community. There are several other communities on the same street as ours and it appears that a few of the postings are referring to them, not Hyde Park Commons.
Hyde Park Commons has one and two bedroom apartment homes. They are spacious and well maintained. We have a beautiful English courtyard setting and many nice amenities.
Towne Properties took over managing this community just 12 months ago. Since that time, we have renovated the common halls of the community, renovated almost 1/3 of the apartment homes as of the date of this writing, and added our touch to the exterior landscaping.
