Hyde Park Commons has been a mediocre place to live until just recently. I always had trouble getting in touch with the office staff and maintenance was almost non-existant. Forget trying to talk to Niki about a problem, she was uninterested so why waste your time. Now my maintenance calls are answered in the same day or the next day and they always call to follow up. Nicole is very friendly and knows me by name as well as my son. I was going to move last fall but the place I wanted fell through. Then I met Nicole and I'm happy to report I'm getting ready to renew my lease. If all of Towne's managers are like her, they'll have repeat customers for years to come. Keep up the good work Towne!
