Ivy Hills Place

A nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/26/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   My family and I lived here during the construction of our house. It is located in Newtown which is a small, somewhat industrial town. As for the previous review, I did not know it is located next to a garbage dump. I never noticed an odor problem. It is close to I-275, grocery stores, Eastgate Mall and nice parks. We rented a two bedroom, two bath apartment and I think the apartment layout is very desirable.
