Our experience at Kennedy's Landing was horrible. When we moved in the place was completely dirty - nothing had been cleaned, and it smelled of cat pee. We noticed as we were moving stuff in that there was two different air fresheners in two different rooms, where later we found cat pee. Every night we would have to go to bed to the sound of thumping when the people upstairs would walk across the floor. We had to share our bedroom with our little one because you could hear anything and everything that went on in the hallways at all times. When they tell you that the buildings are sound proof DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! When you do move out plan on fighting to get all your money back. They had us move in the middle of a month that we already paid for and then told us that they did not owe us the prorate for the rest of the month. And don't ever expect to get any maintenance done while living there. They are too busy moving people in that should not be living there. All in All this place sucks and I would highly recommend that you stay away from here. When we tried to fight all of this we were told, "Pull yourself together." and "Get a grip." Very professional. Hi, I lived at Kennedys Landing for 2 years. The owners of the apts. went out of their way to make it a nice place to live. They told me to make it my home. Which I did. It was like living in my own condo. Plus, we had a beautiful fireplace. When I moved in, the apartment was clean. No one ever bothered me there. I felt safe and just totally enjoyed my stay there. The only reason that I moved out was because I bought my own home. I really don't know where these people came up with all of the above, I feel they are terribly wrong. I searched the area before moving in Kennedys Landing and these pats were the very best. Also, I can honestly say that the owners were care fair people. Matter of fact, I will miss them. I just feel when people don't get their way, they rebel and this is what happened in this situation. Anyone would love Kennedys Landing!

I have to listen to every noise my upstairs neighbors make, buildings are not sound proof at all. Also, hear all of the hallway noise. Apartment is pretty, but very noisey. Will move at the end of my lease.

The owners were very fair. I forgot to notify one utility when I moved out, and got a bill covering an additional 3 weeks that month (until a new tenant moved in late in the month). The owner and I sat down, and split the bill based on time-of-residency. No hassle and very fair.
