We've lived at Kennedy's Landing twice (2005 and 2008) over the summer while transitioning between homes. The owners offer unfurnished month-to-month rent (we pay extra for month-to-month) on apartments and townhouses (and allow pets) -- which is great for folks in transition like us. I don't know of anyone else on the eastside that offers this!

The apartments are convenient to all the shopping and amenities of the Eastgate Mall area, and provide quick access to I-275. The buildings seem well-built (they put in double-wiring to all the phone jacks!) with full brick facades, and there's a nice clubhouse with pool where we've held birthday parties.

However, the Eastgate area is not upscale, nor is the school district the best that Clermont County or the eastern Cincinnati suburbs have to offer. So we only stay during summers between school terms.

Pretty apartment, but can hear everything the upstairs neighbor does. When his alarm goes off, I might as well get out of bed. Also their "personal life" isn't so personal, very uncomfortable for me. Can hear every footstep, radio, TV, alarm clock, talking, etc., can even smell their cigarette smoke. Either these are bad neighbors or cheaply built apartments. I will move at the end of this lease. Would rather have less pretty, more quiet!

Maybe I was the upstairs neighbor? My kids have "lead feet", and they're *nowhere* near driving age! :)) But in fairness, we did have an upstairs unit.
