Low flow toilets which stop up regularly. Advised to us only Scott toilet paper. Garbage disposal cloged, advised not to use it for food disposal (what's it for') Light fixtures in bath so thin the bulbs burn holes into the glass. Replacement fixtures also burned through, I gave up.

Very low tolerance to normal noise made by children or pets. Tenants with children are first blamed when outside fixtures or equipment are broken and asked to pay for repair before checking to see if the equipment/fixture was faulty to begin with.

Pool rules very strict, only one guest, guest must be signed in with the office before using pool, office is closed on weekends. Pool area is often empty, would be more understanding if there was over crowding.

Only one cable outlet with akward placement.

The grounds are well kept. Pool is large. Management is very willing to work with you on the rent should you have a problem with payment.

Quite but older neighborhood. Feel very safe and secure. Manager manages more than one property so office hours very, but message line is available as well as emergency line for maintenance.

Good place to live for singles or couples.

No 3 bedroom apartments available so larger families will be crowded.

Very close to expressway and malls.

Deer Park school system.
