Nightmare on Beech Avenue

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Everytihng in the apartment was outdated and very poor quality.
Water often turned off without warning. At times, for more than a 24 hour period.
While I lived there my son's bike was stolen twice even with the bike chained to the bike rack. Undergarments stolen several times from the laundry room. Management said there was nothing they could do about it after reporting each incident.
Police show up on a weekly basis over domestic disputes throughout the complex. Adults and children screaming profanities on a regular basis. I witnessed physical violence by residents several times.
Service has greatly declined over the years. When I left, I was paying $50 more a month than a new resident would pay.
It used to be a middle class complex, but now it is extremely low class. It was nice when we first moved in, but by the time we left it was a nightmare.
Overall rating: Slightly better than being homeless :(
