I moved into Lakeshore over a year ago, and it has been great! My apartment?s floor plan is perfect for me, and the rent is very reasonable for the location and all of the amenities. I use the the health club a lot, and it is such a convenience. The staff is always very friendly, and always ready to help with anything I need. Maintenance has always responded within 24 hours and always fix whatever has gone wrong (all I have had is a light out and a clogged drain). The Maintenance staff is very friendly and cleans up any mess they make. I have not had any trouble with any neighbors/noise or any parking issues. I can see that they continously update the buildings and beautify the grounds. Regarding the previous

review about breaking the lease-you have a lease for a reason, do you really expect to break a legal contract and not have any penalty' I am sure the staff would have done everything they could to try and rent the apartment for you. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience and will continue to rent here.
