just one complaint

This place is pretty good. It?s very reasonably priced, in a nice neighborhood, very close to all kinds of shopping. The security is very good,(but the automobile gate is more of a hassle than a security feature-considering how often your cards malfunction and the hassle of getting food delivered) the apartments are large and clean, the amenities are unbelievable, and the management is friendly. For a large one bedroom on the third floor, it is $555/month. This includes membership to the health club, with an indoor lap pool, a weight/excersize room, and even aerobics classes. The apartment is clean, new carpet, large living room, decent sized bed room, and the BEST part-a long balcony that spans the entire length of the apartment and has sliding glass doors to both the bedroom and the living room. For a little more you can even get them overlooking the lake, which is beautiful. But for those of us who don?t, there is a gazebo and dock to relax by the lake. The only BIG complaint I have is that although the heat is paid for my Lakeshore, it is centrally controlled by the building. You have no control over your own heat. If you want it off, that's too bad if other people in your apartment building are cold. It is REALLY an inconvenience to be hot and have to open your slider doors in the middle of winter.
