I signed a 1 year lease. It was quiet at first and everything was fine.
The neighbors were obnoxious beer bottles everywhere. People walk their dogs on the bridge and there is dog poop everywhere.

My lease is suppose to expire and they are telling me I have to give 60 days notice. Why would I have to give 60 days notice if something is expiring. So now I have to stay in this hell hole another month.

Oh yeah last night I got home at 1:00 am and I had to park 6 buildings away. The parking here is horrible. weekdays or weekends.

I would not live in another CMC property. Last week my water stopped working. I had to go to the health club to shower.

I think you are much better off finding another place to live.

You people need to read your leases and stop complaining. That is why they exist, and if there is something you don't like about the lease, then don't rent there! Plain and simple. Or is it that you do not know how to read?
