I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I read through other reviews and for the most part the satisfied reviews are from a few years ago-if you look at the 2006 reviews, people are not so satisfied. I have had several maintenance issues that were not taken care of promptly. My bathroom ceiling was leaking and parts of the ceiling fell off - I have called over 4 times and the maintenance people will come out, look at it, and say that it will have to be repaired --- NOTHING has been done about it! The screens were ripped up and I requested new screens so my windows come be open without large bugs getting in--well they were replaced with screens that were too small and I had to tape up the sides.

Already mentioned many times was the gate that never works. This apartment complex advertises security gates, however when the gates are always up, it offers no security.

I do not feel safe in this area and the only reason I lived here in the first place was that I was pressed for time in making a decision and didn't know anything about Cincinnati.

Also, the laundry facilities are awful - always dirty, standing water on the floors, in the washers. It's disgusting.

I definitely don't recommend living here, find another place that you can live. The lower price is NOT worth it.
