Not bad for the price

First off: Management sucks

They are never in the office, they never get anything fixed (you have to call emergency maintenance for everything), and they are not at all helpfull.

Hot water sucks.
The front door locks break once a month.
Dont bother getting the paper, someone will steal it.
Not enough parking.
1 bedrooms do not have enough A.C. to keep it cold.

You get what you pay for!!!!
