I am a current resident of lindsay lane apartments and the place, honestly, isn't really all that nice. There are more downs than ups about it. The place isn't very spacious, kitchen is extremely small, rules of vehicles allowed on property is nonsense, and small bugs are occasionally seen. You might say, well, maybe your apartment is junky and filthy for the bugs to be in there, but there is only a love seat, couch, and my bed in the apartment. There's nothing in there. I'm rarely ever home to cook or do anything so my place is pretty much mess-free. So there's no reason for critters to be in my presence unless it's from other tenants. And the staff is ridiculously difficult to reach!! During the winter, my car got stuck on the hill so I needed help. I decided to call the office and I must have called seven times before finally giving up and decided to call Fath Properties and they answered. They apologized for the unattentive staff and then I finally got help from this nice guy. Other times I've called about maintenance and they've been impossible to get in contact with. The nice things I've experienced whenever I am home, is that it is pretty quiet, I must say. I don't hear much partying or loud television or anything except for my upstair neighbors walking around sometimes.
It's a pretty old building so you should pretty much know what to expect. For a one person, one bedroom, it's okay. Not much room though. I'd say if you want to check it out, sign up for a six months lease.
