Ok its not great but its been fine, peaceful surroundings, prety comfy.
Positives:
-Conviniently located
-Maintenance is on the time 90% of times. 10% bad is acceptable to me!
-parking rules are not that harsh as others might have made it sound.
-Cheap rent
-I have seen the property manager taking rounds of the property in her car! and she makes notes of problems/possible issues. How many managers do that on a regular basis! And cause of this a lot of times problems are solved when they are small!!!!
Negatives:
-None except a few guys who leave their pets around on the property!!!!! If its a pet it has to be IN your house not out of your house without you. I think the property managers need to tighten their noose here!
