The years I lived there were pretty eventful.



I rented a basement Apartment and the living room ceiling would leak everytime it would rain. Took management almost 6 months to fix it right. Also had problems with people upstairs overflowing their toliet which of course would overflow into my bathroom. The security door to my buliding had keys broken off in the lock many, many times. Management would be very upset when I had to page them to get a locksmith out to open the door at 1 or 2 in the morning so I could get into my apartment. Had my car vandalized as did many residents. Very loud noise at all hours of the day. Trash from beer cans to cigarette butts to condoms to broken bottles all around complex. Lots of kids around. There is a playground for them but were aloud to play anywhere so cars and apartment windows where often broken. Unless it has changed I?d look for someplace else to live.
