You get what you pay for here. I've lived here since 1999 and have never had a bug problem. Maintenance is o.k. for the most part, though I have had continuous problems with my leaky window area in the basement apartment. Neighbors are friendly but do like to listen to loud music. They do a decent job at keeping the driveway clear in the winter. Security is the big problem that is driving me away; since I moved in there were three attempted break ins into my apartment.
