Looks cool at first, but too pricey and very dreary!

Wow! Probably the coolest address you could have as far as apartments go. We were sucked into paying the over $1300 in rent for a 2 bedroom (this is Cincinnati) because of the hardwood floors, indoor basketball, high ceilings, loft look, and the atrium.
But you need a place that is a home!
This is no home for anyone, trust me. If you DO choose to lease here, make sure you get a SOUTHERN EXPOSURE apartment. Not just because most have bigger windows, but because the north side receives absolutely NO direct sunlight and it would take a small power plant to supply the megawatts to light the place properly.
As mentioned by other reviewers, it seems they compensated for the outside walls being so thick by making the interior walls PAPER THIN. I could hear my neighbor snoring in the apartment next door. He lived alone so we didn't hear much from him, but I can imagine he heard everything we said. When his phone rang, it sounded like it was in our apartment.
Also, the ventilation system for bathrooms is terrible. Pray that you don't have neighbors who smoke, otherwise you'll be waking up in the middle of the night to the pungent odor of second hand smoke.
The staff tries to be nice and do a good job, but they may have too many complexes to run at the same time. Some issues never got resolved.
