I moved to Cincinnati from out of town and looked at several places before coming to Shillitos. I have lived here over a year and have found it to be a very pleasant experience. So much so that I have renewed my lease for another year. I have a great view (northern exposure overlooking the pool) and a lot of space for the money. I think the prices in the building are fair since it does have a lot of amenities (tanning bed, workout room, party room, etc.) and is quite safe (a very important factor for me as a single woman living downtown). The staff is reachable and very helpful. Overall, I love living in the building. There are ups and downs to living in a large, communal living building and I've find there have been more positives than negatives to this building.
