This place is great! The people who work here are wonderful. The people who live here are wonderful, respectful, and fun. The rent is great. The amenities are unreal. I would never want to live anywhere else. I have no complaints at all. I love my apartment. All hardwood, 2800 sq. ft., floor to ceiling windows, 4 bay windows (new windows so energy bills are super low), 14-feet ceilings, bar, and giant walk-in closets and bathrooms. It is awesome to be able to live downtown, within walking distance to plays, restaurants, Fountain Square, both stadiums, work, Newport on the Levy, and Findley Market. And the pool is beautiful! It is a really popular place to live though because I know there is only one apartment available but not until September (a friend is on the waiting list). Gramercy, Grenwich, and Groton lofts are just as nice though and it is run by the same people and all buildings share the amenities. (Indoor- basketball court, pop-a-shot, pool table, ping pong, corn hole, putting green with driving net, two fitness centers, yoga classes, giant club room with huge plasma televisions, tanning beds. Plus, the owner uncovered a giant old atrium from the 1800s that was restored and repainted to exactly what it used to be. It is in the center of all of the apts and couches, chairs, and a table were put beneath it so people can read or hang out under the natural light. Outdoor- rooftop pool with free internet, grills, lawn space, and gardens. I never have to leave downtown so I rarely use my car, which is great with the price of gas.
