It was nice at first.

I lived at Long Acres Apartments for about four years. It was nice for about the first three years I lived there. They had a good manager when I first moved into the complex. She cleaned the place up really well. She was good at enforcing the rules. She had no problem with putting out the loud, roudy and unruly tenants.
For some unknown reason they let her go. I think a management company took over and from my point of view, thats when I think they started letting go of things.
In the four years that I lived there, My apartment was flooded five times. I think after the fifth flood they fixed the problem. I had problems with black mold growing everywhere, especially on the bathroom ceiling. I also had problems with black mold in my bedroom and the dining room. I was sick with sinus and allergy problems the entire four years that I lived there. I have not been sick since I left Long Acres. I decided to leave Long Acres when I started having problems with repair jobs. I would report various things needing repair and they did nothing. There were also a lot of problems with other tenants no pick up after their dogs.
I moved out in late 2005, so unless they have hired a new manager, I would not reccommend the place. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
