Do not move into long acres apartments....

I have had an awful experience living at long acres apartments. During the summer when it was over 90 degrees and I was pregnant my air conditioner broke. I called the rental office multiple times and there was no answer so I left a message to get it fixed. I waited days and still received no response. I finally went down to the office and the landlady claimed she never got my messages. She lied right to my face. The maintance man was nice and fixed it as soon as the landlady finally told him. The landlady has also come up to my apartment claiming I had a dog when I had no pets at all. She was trying to peak in my apartment and was calling me a lier. I have a five month old son now and it is the middle of February. During the night it gets super cold and no matter how high you turn up your heat, it doesnt get warm enough to keep his hands warm. They also dont shovel the sidewalks or parking lot when it snows. The other day I fell down 3 times trying to get to my car. Overall, i have had an awful experience here and can't wait for my lease to be up next month so I can move out.
