If you are looking for an upscale loft this is definately not for you. Management is an absolute nigtmare to deal with very rude, incompitent and snobish. They have entered my apartment with no notice on several occasions and in doing so damaged property, though they did agree to fix it after hassling over it for weeks. Upon move in the apartment was filthy and unlceaned after recent renovations. They advertise free wireless internet but after six months of living here they have yet to install it despite a petition circulated and signed by all tenants in the building. Most tenants are up in arms and disgusted with management and lack of execution not to mention the unkept grounds that are littered with garbage and animal fecies. I and many others tenants are counting down the days for lease to expiration. Also beware of the temporary Hamilton county jail scheduled to be built this spring directly across the street from the building.

1) Management has been awesome to me, maybe you have a poor attitude 2) Renovations = Brand ass new. a little construction dust isn't going to kill you, all your fixtures and work are litterally only months old 3) They passed out a survey on how your connection was the day after it was installed, I took the time to fill it out, mine was aweful, they fixed in in 48 hours and I get access just fine now 4) Garbage and feces are because rude people drop and leave things . . . you're probably one of them 5) I'm glad you left, becasue the tenants now are so much better than the whiners that were there when I moved in. 6) ummmm, spring has come and gone, no jail . . . probably because you're misinformed about where it was going to be built.
