I was actually using some of the info on this site ahead of my move out of state... till I read a review on my own building. I have been here for a year, and if I wasn't leaving town would NOT be moving out. I will list a couple things to be wary of, but the Lofts are amazing, I thought the staff was great, the leasing manager loved my dog and went so far as to offer to COME OVER while my cable was hooked up so that I wouldn't have to leave work. They NEVER came in without permission and NEVER damaged anything. This is a brand new building, so I can't say what maintanence will be like, becuase everything is new and I've never had a problem.

What to consider (again, I am 100% recomending this place if these things don't bother you):

Dogs: If you do not like dogs of all shapes and sizes it's not for you, they offer FREE rent and no fees for pets, that means lots, and lots of dogs. I'm positive my neighbors hear my dog running about. Yes, they poop out in the yard, for the most part people pick it up, if they dont . . . get over it is's a piece of poop, not a rabid skunk.

Parking: There is gated parking in back, and an indoor garage for an extra 25 bucks, however, if you drive an SUV it's very, very tight and depending on what space you get and the size of the cars around you, you may not get in and out. I've seen up to 20 cars per night on the street, and NEVER have seen a break in. Plus the gated lot is free (I will say that it took them over a month to fix the gate, and I will be requesting a pro rate on that). The back lot and street are also very well let.

Free Laundry: it's free, but one set per floor means it's also busy. But hey, it's free.

Free WiFi: I've never, ever had a problem, but if you're a serious user and need high speeds very reliably I would get your own.

That said, if you're not a total tightwad and get worked up over every tiny little noise, smell or "hardship" you'll love it. Jaws drop when they see my place for the first time. 4th floor is amazing if you want to pay for it.... if not, don't ----- about you're smaller apartment.
