I lived here for almost a year and moved out in July of this year. Management was either an absolute nightmare, or non-existent. The apartment itself is beautiful, and there's a decent sized park across the street to walk your dog. (Pets are free, which is a plus.)

They advertise "free wireless internet", but when I was there, the wireless internet DID NOT WORK unless you were right next to the crappy routers they were using (in the hallway or in the laundry room). So we ended up paying for roadrunner anyway.

When I first moved in, there were countless problems with the apartment. Nobody had lived in it prior, so there was still construction dust everywhere. Everywhere might be an understatement. The hot water was turned off, hot and cold water lines were switched under the sink, among countless other oversights by their construction company. It took forever to get them to seal the granite countertop in the kitchen, and even when they supposedly sealed it, liquids still soaked through into the stone.

Basically, it's a cute place, but don't count on anything working correctly, and don't count on anything getting fixed in anything remotely close to a timely fashion. Oh yeah, and the hallways frequently smell like urine.
