As a current resident of the building, I must disagree with the negative feedback.

First and foremost, they have gotten new property management in the last few months and that has made all of the difference. Maintenance requests go much quicker and some of the other little things have been fixed. Before the management change, the hallways were cleaned inconsistently. Now, they are cleaned at least once a week and things are much nicer. Plus, the new people are much friendlier.

As for the internet, I've never had a problem with it. It works perfectly for me surfing the internet and checking my email, although you might need something more powerful if you plan to play XBox, etc.

If you plan on having a pet, I would recommend this place even more. Pet rent is free and there is a park right across the street that is perfect for walking dogs. Most people clean up after their dogs so the dog poop thing is a non-issue.

The only problem that I have is that the secured parking gate has not worked for a while. I do know they are working to fix it.

Overall, I recommend this place. Everyone who visits thinks the apartments are really
nice and unlike anything else in Cincinnati. After a few initial kinks, the management staff has been much improved and I've had no problem with them. I have lived here over a year and plan to renew my lease when the time comes.
