The walls are super thin (Can hear conversations,sex,animals,flushing toilets,etc)... Also the rent is high for what you get. so you get free WIFI, whoopty doo.... The new Property MGR. blows smoke up your a$$ if ya complain or ask about anything (Yeah it's being done today,tomorrow, ya get the drift)..... Would you pay anywhere from 775.00 to 1,100 a month to live in a building that looks like section 8 housing? well I was dumb enough to, only because when i moved in it was nice and taken care of.... Explain to me how this place can't afford to even cut what little grass it has out front.... there's over 30 apartments each paying 775-1,100 do the math.... if they can afford 200 a month for landscaping then someone is getting rich
